HOW IT WORK
CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN
Visit our product gallery and choose the design you like. We have variety choice of design collections, different style and theme fits your events/party.
PLACE YOUR ORDER
Once you choose your desire design, fill up the form and click order. 3-5 business days after the deposit is received, you will receive your first round of design (JPEG via email for confirmation)
We’ll exchange emails until the designs are perfect! You will be given three(3) opportunities to make any corrections at no charge. Subsequent changes will be charged RM 15.00 each.
FINAL PROOF
Dee Creation will send you a final proof for you to review. Once we received your signal saying you are totally happy with the final proof and then collect the remaining 50% payment. Payment may be sent via Online Transfer and than your cards will be winged to the printing process.
PRINTING PRODUCTION
Final invitations/stationery can take up to 2 weeks of time to ready. Meantime you can set up the guest list and wait for us to ship your order.
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
We Charge a Flat Rate RM 20 for item below 1KG. For more than 1kg package, there will be an additional charge which will included in the “Balance payment” We ensure all items are packed safely to avoid damage of the items during shipping of our freight forwarders. We are not responsible of the package once shipped.
PROCEDURES & DISCLAIMERS
Colors display differently from monitor to monitor as monitors and printers process colors differently. There is no guarantee that what you see on your monitor will match your final items exactly the same. There may be a slight color difference of 10-15% than what you see on your screen devices.
Once you agree upon on final proof, all the items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Kindly take your time to completely review your digital proofs for spelling and other small details before final approval.
