Please read these Conditions carefully before ordering any products from the website. You should understand that by ordering any products you agree to be bound by these Conditions.


  1. We’ll exchange emails until the designs are perfect! Dee Creation provide three(3) opportunities to make any corrections at no charge. Subsequent changes will be charged RM 15.00 each. We ask that you carefully review your proof, as additional proofs and design work will incur a fee.
  2. It is your responsibility to check that all of the information given is correct, and we cannot be held responsible if such information is later found to be incorrect.
  3. Once printing started, there will be no changes to be made in the design. Kindly ensure that you have proof-read ALL artworks as Dee Creation is not responsible for any typo error on the design that has been approved by clients and confirmed for printing.
  4. Printed products may vary from your monitor screen, as all monitors display color differently. Returns based on color are not accepted.



  1. Colors display differently from monitor to monitor as monitors and printers process colors differently. There is no guarantee that what you see on your monitor will match your final items exactly the same. There may be a slight color difference of 10-15% than what you see on your screen devices.
  2. Once you agree upon on final proof, all the items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Kindly take your time to completely review your digital proofs for spelling and other small details before final approval.

  1. Postage fees will be borned by clients. Postage fee will not be charged if client collect on delivery (COD) at provided location. We ensure all items are packed safely to avoid damage of the items during shipping of our freight forwarders.
  2. The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.



  1. Payment is due within 72 hours after order is placed. Any unpaid purchases will be assumed cancel.
  2. We accept payment via bank transfer to our main account. The details can be seen as below.
  3. A minimum 50% deposit or full payment is required up front to begin the process.
  4. Your order will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
  5. Prices are subject to change if you do not make a purchase within the 30 day time period.
